The SIPC WVCST – Miagao Campus, Miagao, Iloilo intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 400,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Procurement of 25 sets of Computer Equipment for the Computer Laboratory.

Bid received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criteria of Republic Act No. 9184 otherwise knows as the Government Procurement Reform Act.
